Age Concern South Canterbury provides social support services, information and advice as well as educational programmes that foster social connections and keep people safe from harm. Margie Ritchie - donor The Age Concern South Canterbury Fund was made possible because of a generous bequest to Age Concern from Margaret (Margie) Ritchie. She was a larger than life character that had a passion for all living things, colour and fun. Age Concern Manager, Chris Thomas explains, “We wanted to protect this gift and ensure it helped the organisation support older people long into the future.
